• Excellent organization skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with sales, or related fields
• Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables
• Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Ability to convince potential clients.

/ Responsibility: -

1. Outbound Phone Calls to existing client database for repeat booking.

2. Outbound Phone calls to existing client database for service feedback.

3. Outbound Phone Calls to live booking coordination and information communication.

4. Inbound Phone Calls handling of clients, Inbound Lead handling over Whatsapp.

5. In Charge of Customer Satisfaction effecting repeat rate of customers.

6. Generating Leads from Satisfied customers.

7. Inbound lead handing from various sources such as Facebook Ads, Google, Website, Just-dial etc.

8. Data updation of each call.

9. Should be able to report/Handle on Excel/Google Sheet.

10. Daily Reporting of Key performance indicators.

11. Any other assignment that management assigns as per requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
