We are looking for a Counsellor and Tele Sales Executive who will guide prospective students through the admissions process and convert leads into enrollments.

Job Summary:

The Counselor and Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, providing them with detailed information about our programs, and encouraging them to enroll. This role involves a combination of counseling students on their career aspirations, addressing their queries, and closing sales through effective telemarketing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling:

• Student Interaction :
• Engage with potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide comprehensive information on the academy's courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
• Understand the needs, career goals, and academic backgrounds of students to recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process, addressing any concerns or doubts.
• Program Guidance :
• Counsel students and parents on career paths in the hospitality industry, helping them make informed decisions about their education.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess student eligibility for specific courses and explain program benefits and outcomes.
• Stay updated on course offerings, new admissions policies, and trends in the hospitality industry to provide accurate and relevant information.

Tele Sales:

• Lead Generation & Conversion :
• Contact prospective students/leads generated through various marketing activities (website inquiries, social media, advertisements, etc.).
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to engage them and encourage enrollment.
• Maintain a database of leads, ensuring all communication is recorded, and regularly update the CRM system with new information.
• Sales Targets :
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by effectively promoting the academy's programs and creating urgency.
• Provide consistent follow-up with prospective students until they make a final decision.
• Handling Inquiries :
• Respond promptly to student inquiries received via calls, emails, or website forms.
• Resolve any questions or concerns that prospective students may have about fees, curriculum, campus life, and career opportunities.
• Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Nurture long-term relationships with existing students for referrals and testimonials.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Counseling.
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in counseling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (experience in the education or hospitality industry is a plus).
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Sales Ability : Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,331.10 - ?15,000.00 per month
