Qualification : B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agriculture) or similar
Experience : Min. 6Months
Objective :
? Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy
? Gain a deep understanding of the company's services and find gaps in the customer's lives wherein the company's services fit
? Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
? Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
? Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
? Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope
? Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
? Be aware of the latest industry trends
? Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
? Sale the product over call.
COMPETENCIES :
? Prior experience working as a telesales coordinator or in a similar role
? Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
? Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
? Great communication skills, both verbal and written
