Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management: Handle and manage a portfolio of customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their banking needs are met.
2. Business Generation: Promote and cross-sell the bank's products and services in a virtual mode, helping customers with various financial solutions.
3. Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service and ensure quality interactions, delivering a superior digital banking experience.
4. Digital Adoption: Educate and guide customers on using digital banking channels while maintaining a personal touch when required.
5. Compliance & Performance: Meet scorecard targets, adhere to portfolio benchmarks, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide quality service.
• Strong understanding of digital banking and ability to promote the bank's digital products.
• Proactive in customer relationship management.
