We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele-Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role requires engaging with prospective clients, providing details about our projects, and generating leads to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors to introduce real estate projects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Schedule site visits for clients and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English , Odia , and Hindi .
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
