About the Role

We are looking for a

Tele Sales Associate

to drive

lead conversion and sales

for our

B2C services.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, build relationships and convert leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion:

Engage with potential customers via calls, emails and messages to convert inquiries into sales.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Sales Target Achievement:

Identify and pursue business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Follow-ups & Retention:

Proactively follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

Market Insights:

Stay updated on customer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 1 to 2 years

of experience in tele sales, business development, inside sales, or lead conversion. Excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive engagement and close deals. Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Experience in B2C sales or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
