Job Description
Customer Engagement: Interacting with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about travel packages, destinations, accommodations, and services.Booking and Reservations: Handling bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.Sales: Promoting and selling travel packages and services, often aiming to meet sales targets.Customer Support: Assisting with travel-related issues, changes, and special requests.Travel Planning: Helping clients plan itineraries and offer recommendations based on their interests.Market Research: Staying informed about travel trends, new destinations, and competitive offers.Documentation: Managing travel documentation, such as tickets, itineraries, and confirmations.Follow-Up: Checking in with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
