Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Agent with a minimum of three years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional persuasive communication skills and a proven track record in converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our consultancy services.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and persuade clients to utilize our consultancy.
• Identify and follow up on warm leads generated through various channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Proven ability to convince and convert leads through effective communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the overseas education and immigration sector is a plus.
