Designation : Telesales Agent

Process : Insurance Sales process

Experience : Fresher & Exp both can apply.

Any sales exp-Min 6 months experience

Shift timings : 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm / one day rotational week off

Qualification : Graduation not mandatory

SALARY :

• Fresher Malayalam - 20K CTC & 17K TH
• Experience Malayalam - 23K CTC & 20K TH
• Fresher Tamil, Kannada, Hindi & Telugu - 18.2K CTC & 15.2K TH
• Experience Tamil, Kannada, Hindi & Telugu - 21.2K CTC & 18.2K TH

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cold Calling : Reaching out to potential customers to introduce and sell insurance products.
• Follow-ups : Maintaining contact with leads and existing customers to ensure continued engagement and potential sales.
• Customer Needs Analysis : Identifying the specific insurance needs of customers and recommending appropriate products.
• Providing Information : Explaining policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions to potential clients.
• Handling Objections : Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively to close sales.
• Documentation : Ensuring all customer interactions and sales are properly documented in the company's CRM system.
• Compliance : Adhering to industry regulations and company policies during the sales process.
• Targets and Goals : Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Customer Service : Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
