Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads for CSP (Customer Service Point) enrollment.
• Conduct market research to target potential clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through various channels.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
• Pitch CSP services to potential customers with a strong focus on value addition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Client Convincing and Onboarding:
• Showcase excellent communication and convincing skills to onboard new CSP points.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about services to address client concerns effectively.
• Achievement of Sales Targets:
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Strategize and implement plans to maximize sales and revenue growth.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and address challenges.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 6 months in sales, financial services, or a related domain.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Basic knowledge of CSP operations and financial solutions is a plus.
• Other Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel, if necessary.
