Role & responsibilities

• Counsel the students for various courses offered by Vidyakul App
• Need to convert the leads into paid applications (weekly and monthly targets involved)

Required Candidate profile

• Good Communication - Hindi
• Listening Skills, Empathy, Communication Skills & Convincing Power
• Need to do outbound calls & follow-up calls daily.

Preferred candidate profile

• Worked in Edtech/Elearning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
