Job Title: Tele-Sales Agent

Location: Sector 18, Gurugram.

Salary: Up to 25k.

Work Mode: Work from office.

Min 1 year experience in telesales.

Candidate should be fluent in Tamil or Malayalam language.

Job summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with at least 1 year of telesales experience to join our team as Machine Learning Telesales. Candidates must be fluent in Tamil and Malayalam.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers.
• Promote and sell ML-based products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• This role requires candidates who can speak either Tamil or Malayalam fluently.
• We are hiring for both language profiles.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Selection Process:

Round 1: Initial screening and telephonic interview.

Round 2: Final virtual interview with the hiring manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
