Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services.
Duties
• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and secure sales appointments
• Explain products or services to potential customers
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
• Update customer information in the database
• Meet daily and weekly call quotas
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with business development and technical sales processes
• Proficiency in using software for market research and customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
