Telesales Agent (Female) - Etah (TVS Bikes)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our team in Etah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales for TVS bikes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Provide product information and address customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and sales skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of the two-wheeler industry.
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
