Job Summary

:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Health Insurance Telesales Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business by contacting potential customers and offering Health insurance products, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell Health insurance policies. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Provide detailed information about coverage options, policy terms, and pricing. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Health insurance products. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the team leader/manager. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and encourage renewals. Keep up to date with the latest insurance products, policies, and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Handle customer objections professionally and overcome barriers to closing sales.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Previous experience in tele sales, preferably in the insurance industry (Health insurance experience is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
