Job Summary:



The Senior Sales Executive will focus on driving sales and client acquisition through telephonic engagement. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, educating them about Awish Clinic's hair transplant services, and converting leads into consultations and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Outreach:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective clients. Respond promptly to inquiries received through calls, emails, or other communication channels.

Sales Conversion:

Educate clients on hair transplant procedures, benefits, and available options. Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions to drive consultations and bookings.

Lead Management:

Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools. Ensure timely follow-ups and track lead conversion progress.

Target Achievement:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective calling strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Market Insights:

Gather feedback from clients to identify service gaps and suggest improvements. Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market trends in the hair transplant sector.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales performance. Submit regular reports to the management team on lead status and sales achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools. Multitasking and time-management skills.
