We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele sales Representative with a background in healthcare to join our dynamic sales team.

### Job Summary

The Tele sales Representative - Healthcare will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare products, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close sales over the phone.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and Inbound sales calls to healthcare professionals and organizations to promote and sell our products .

- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.

- Provide detailed information about products, and pricing to prospective clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.

### Qualifications

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of healthcare products, and the needs of healthcare professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willing to work in a Roster off based environment
