Job Title: Telephonic Sales Person

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Telephonic Sales Person. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, selling our products or services over the phone, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell our products or services
• Manage leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system
• Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitors
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in telephonic sales or similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
