Hynes Infratech Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic and growing real estate company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales through effective client engagement, site visits, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting company offerings and building strong client relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients to showcase properties and projects.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's real estate portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.
• Actively follow up with leads to convert prospects into buyers and achieve sales targets.
• Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Build and maintain a strong client database and provide regular updates to the management.
• Assist clients with documentation and closing formalities during the property buying process.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
