Telephone Operator
Job Description
Answering incoming calls, enquiry emails, whatsapp chat enquiries
Direct Calls to appropriate person and department
Provide information, take messages
Good Communication skills verbal and written
Fluency in at least 3 languages English Hindi and Marathi
Make Outgoings calls
Maintain records
Patient Registration in EMR application
Computer proficiency required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
