Tele - Fundraiser
Join Direct Dialogue Initiatives as a Fundraiser and get paid to talk about children and inspire people to make a difference.

The Role
The role is to make calls and persuade prospects to donate or to increase their donation to our client, providing them at all times a professional and pleasant experience.

Responsibilities
Making calls and convincing prospects/donors to donate or increase their donation to our clients campaigns
Meeting and maintaining call targets and call quality parameters set by the Team Lead
Maintaining an ongoing relationship with prospects until they become a financial donor
Accurately recording donor information as per format on the CRM platform appropriately disposing calls as per guidelines
Updating/sharing clients campaign information with the prospects/donors getting the managers approval before sharing any information that is not available in the public domain
Reporting to the manager as per reporting guidelines.

Skills required
We accept applications from people from a variety of backgrounds. A passion to work for the protection of People is always encouraged. Candidates must also have:

Minimum 0-2 years experience in Tele-calling
Experience in building customer relationship/engagement either online or offline
Excellent verbal communication skills to engage people on the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
