Telemarketing Team Leader
Job Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Team Leader at Club Resorto Vacation Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore. The Telemarketing Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of telemarketing executives, set daily/weekly targets and monitor performance, conduct training sessions and provide feedback.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam).
• Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Preferable - Club Mahindra, Country Club India, Sterling Holidays, and Thomas Cook India etc.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and closing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
