INTAKE SALES ASSOCIATE

The Ideal Candidate will have experience in telemarketing with high call volume and sales performance. The ideal candidate will be looking for a Career NOT just a Job.

Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST (US Time); India Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST;

SALES positions must have Telemarketing experience.

• SALES Associates handle a high volume of calls - outbound calls to potential or established Clients
• Ensure accurate & appropriate protocol is followed with each call (e.g. following script; data entry of Client Information.
• Demonstrate confidence in presentation and sales. Maximize upsells.
• Meet daily & weekly Performance and Quality Assurance goals.
• Self - Starter. Motivated by Financial Reward.

Telecommunications knowledge is NOT required! We offer a comprehensive training program on all products offered..

Requirements:

• Telemarketing experience required.
• Soft Skills experience
• Clear English speaking voice & proper phone etiquette; professional communication skills.
• Ability to "multi-task" - handle calls and data entry simultaneously.
• Listening skills & critical thinking ability.
• High tolerance for repetitive tasks.
• Willingness & ability to provide a QUALITY sales experience and/or superior customer service.
• The successful candidate will have a teamwork mentality, and will thrive in a goal-oriented yet personable & friendly work environment.
