The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and supporting the sales team by maintaining excellent customer relationships over the phone. This role involves promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and presenting solutions to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services and explaining their benefits.
• Cold call prospective clients using a prepared list or database.
• Lead Generation:
• Generate new leads through proactive calls and follow up on previous leads.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Persuade customers to purchase or upgrade services by highlighting product advantages.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to accurately answer customer questions.
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product understanding and sales techniques.
• Reporting:
• Record customer information, interaction details, and follow-up action in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, call outcomes, and lead conversion rates for management.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive, energetic, and friendly tone.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection with a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
