Job Description

A telemarketing executive's job is to use phone calls to sell a company's products or services, generate leads, and provide customer service:

• Sales : Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services. Meet sales targets by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
• Customer service : Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead generation : Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, and use other lead generation activities.
• Record keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Communication : Use strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,243.14 - ?15,452.94 per month
