Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our range of cosmetic and Ayurvedic products.

Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our products.

Develop and maintain a customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective telemarketing strategies.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help guide product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably within the cosmetics or healthcare industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

High school diploma; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
