Premiere Edtech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive (Sales) to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through telesales activities.
•Responsibilities:•
- Conducted outbound calls from the leads provided by the organization.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their needs to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets set by the company.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update all the reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
•Requirements:•
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
•Salary and Performance-based Incentives:•
The salary for this position is performance-based, with a base salary and additional incentives based on achieving monthly revenue targets. The successful candidate must achieve a minimum of 60% of the revenue target in a month to qualify for salary & incentives.
