Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to drive lead generation through cold calling. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients with effective communication strategies and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to target audiences, introducing our fintech products and services.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product information to meet their financial requirements.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team by identifying interested prospects in financial solutions.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, including detailed call notes and outcomes.
• Follow up with previously contacted prospects and nurture them toward becoming leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle objections professionally and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Provide regular reports on call activity and lead generation progress to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Proven experience in cold calling, particularly with international clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse global audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
