Job Title - Telemarketing Executive

Experience - 1 -2 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
• Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
• Build rapport with customers, addressing their needs and answering queries.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers to schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Meet and exceed call quotas.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications :

• Graduation Not Required
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
