Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Telemarketing Executive

to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain product/service features and benefits to potential clients. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales through calls. Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversions. Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead generation targets. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve strategies. Stay updated with company offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Multilingual skills (a plus).
