Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our products or services.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new leads and qualify them based on interest, needs, and buying potential.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Product Promotion: Provide accurate information about the products or services, explaining their features and benefits to encourage purchases.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads that have shown interest or made initial inquiries to close sales.
• Sales Support: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with prospective customers.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, track call outcomes, and document sales progress using CRM software.
• Meeting Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales activities, leads, and results.
