Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Identifying potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, follow-ups, and online research.
• Compiling lists of prospects based on criteria such as location, property type, and budget.
2. Outbound Calling:
• Making a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners, renters, or businesses to promote real estate services or listings.
• Introducing available properties or services and explaining their benefits to potential clients.
• Asking qualifying questions to understand the needs and preferences of the prospect.
3. Appointment Setting:
• Scheduling appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads.
• Coordinating with agents to ensure smooth follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Ensuring appointments are confirmed and prospects are fully aware of the meeting details.
4. Data Entry and Management:
• Recording details of calls, client interactions, and follow-up actions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Updating contact information, call notes, and lead status regularly.
5. Follow-Up:
• Following up with leads to keep them engaged and nurture the relationship.
• Sending emails, texts, or other forms of communication to keep prospects interested in real estate offerings.
6. Sales Support:
• Assisting the sales team by providing information on lead quality and client preferences.
• Sharing market insights or feedback obtained during calls to improve the sales strategy.
7. Market Research:
• Keeping up with current real estate market trends and understanding different property types and areas.
• Using this knowledge to provide relevant information to prospects and to anticipate objections or questions.
8. Customer Service:
• Addressing any initial questions or concerns that prospects may have.
• Providing a professional and positive image of the company, ensuring a good experience even if the lead does not convert.
Skills Required:
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive speaking ability.
• Sales Techniques: Understanding sales strategies and techniques to handle objections and close deals.
• Persistence and Patience: Ability to handle rejection and continue calling without losing motivation.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage numerous leads, follow-ups, and schedules.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience with software to track and manage leads.
