Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the Chennai area, promoting our building
materials delivery services.

Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening. Educate customers about our products, services, and pricing plans to generate interest and drive
sales.

Utilize persuasive selling techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system/ Excel records. Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and ensure customer
satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively
position our services in the market.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands,
and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Tamil languages is essential. Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing sales experience, preferably in a related industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectivelyover the phone. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals successfully. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections during sales calls. Must be based in Chennai and available to work from the office.
