• Develop and implement Tete marketing strategies to promote services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create compelling marketing content for social media and email.
• Make outgoing calls to potential customers or clients from a provided database.
• Explain the company's products or services, offering detailed information to encourage sales.
• Answer incoming calls from existing or potential customers.
• Address inquiries about products, services, or promotions.
• Resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department for support.
• Build a rapport with potential customers through friendly and engaging communication.
• Schedule follow-up calls to nurture potential leads and close sales.
• Keep track of all follow-up activities and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Update and manage CRM databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide feedback to the management team about customer reactions and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualification
• Excellent communication skill (Verbal and Written) and a friendly demeanour.
• Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of calls efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
