basic computer skill , ms excel , ms word is compulsory required. Advance excel knowledge required.

make 300 cold calling every alternative day and make fresh data entry from google in excel everyday.

You will be responsible for generating sales and leads by contacting potential and existing customers. Their duties include:

• Making calls : you have to make cold calls to potential customers to generate leads, or calling existing customers to collect data
• Building relationships : you have to Develop relationships with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Presenting products : you will have to Present products or services to customers, explaining their benefits, and encouraging customers to make a purchase or set up an appointment
• Managing customer concerns : Handling incoming calls and resolving customer issues
• Documenting conversations : Recording and documenting conversations with customers, and reporting observations and analysis to the team lead
• Following guidelines : Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology
• Interacting with customers : Interacting with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls
• Updating databases : Acquiring and maintaining contact information databases
