DKZ Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting a variety of financial products and services to potential customers over the phone. You will leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into satisfied customers. A passion for financial services and a proven track record of success in telecalling are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to introduce DKZ's financial products and services.

Actively listen to customer needs and concerns to identify the most suitable financial solutions.

Clearly explain product features and benefits, addressing customer questions and overcoming objections.

Secure appointments for financial advisors or process applications directly over the phone.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.

Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of various financial products like loans, insurance, credit cards, CASA accounts, and Demat accounts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present product benefits and address objections.

Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

Target-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.

Proficient in computer skills and comfortable using a CRM system.

Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
