We are looking for dynamic and passionate female candidates to join our team as Telemarketing Executives. As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our services, and helping expand our customer base through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and promoting digital marketing services
• Identifying business opportunities and generating leads
• Providing information about our services and answering client queries
• Scheduling meetings and following up on leads
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls, leads, and interactions
• Achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum of 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
• Prior experience in digital marketing or related fields is an advantage
• Tamil, English Languages preferred
