Job Description
• Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them
• Conduct sales presentations over the phone
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
• Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend a suitable solution
• Coordinate with the sales team to set up sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a well-informed customer database for future sales
