BMI Infratech is a growing real estate firm based in Indore, specializing in selling homes, plots, farms, and other real estate offerings. We are looking for a proactive and energetic Telecaller to join our marketing team and help us reach new customers.

: As a Telecaller for Marketing, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and generating leads. This role is focused on building client relationships and driving interest in our real estate services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Provide information about properties and answer client queries
• Maintain detailed records of each conversation
• Follow up with leads to schedule meetings or property visits
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Persuasive and patient in dealing with clients
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage
• Must be based in or willing to work in Indore

Compensation: Details of the payment structure will be discussed during the interview.
