Job Overview
We want to hire a passionate and hardworking Telemarketer to join our Sales team.
As a Telemarketer, you should render sales either by answering the potential customer's requests or by cold calling. You will be accountable for influencing both existing and potential clients to buy our products/services.
You must be persuasive and friendly. You must be able to understand the client's requirements in a short span of time and present them with viable solutions.
We will provide daily 25Calls (i.e.625 calls in a month) with some Research work. Minimum 10 calls must be converted to achieve your target for a month. If Confirm calls reach above 10, then incentives will be provided-3% of Company profit.

Responsibilities
+ Meet and exceed sales targets
• Call our prospective customers to sell merchandise/services.
• Answer all the incoming calls from potential clients.
• Follow up of previous day calls.
• Write sales scripts to close the sale deals.
• Use documents to provide accurate details about the service features, its price range, etc along with the benefits it offers.
• Ask logical questions to understand the customer's needs
• Persuade the clients to buy by explaining to them how the services meet their requirements
• Deal with doubts and complaints to secure the company's reputation.
• Prepare sales records and all the useful information
• Go 'extra mile' to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales
Requirements
• BA/BSc in any discipline. High school diploma candidates will also be considered
• Proven work experience as a Telemarketer, Sales Representative, or equivalent Customer Services/Sales role.
• Proven record of being able to achieve sales target
• Experience and working knowledge of MS Excel file.
• Proficiency in the English Language will be a must
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of sales talk techniques.
• Patient enough to deal with customer rejections.
