Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our bike showroom team in Jagathsinghpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our range of bikes.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide detailed information about our products.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum education of Class 12.

- 0-5 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and Hindi/English.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
