Job Title: Telemarketer

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager/Team Lead

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and effectively address customer objections.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately track and report sales activities and results in CRM.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or Fresher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
