Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Arena Animation Shahibag. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing them with information about our courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about Arena Animation courses and programs.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to course details, admissions process, fees, and other relevant information.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
• Maintain and update the database of potential students.
• Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and follow up with students.
• Assist in the enrollment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and enrollments.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to students to help them make informed decisions about their education.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and records.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
