We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated female Telecaller to join our solar company. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in promoting our solar solutions and reaching out to potential customers to raise awareness about the benefits of renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our solar products and services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs.
• Provide accurate information about solar energy, installation processes, and financing options.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested customers.
• Maintain a database of leads and track interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture potential sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
