Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective telephonic communication and relationship-building with customers. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products.Key Responsibilities
Sales Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products.
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing campaigns.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and be able to explain features and benefits to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders and provide accurate information about delivery times and order status.
Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to management.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to close sales effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attitude: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
