Tele Counselor
Job Description
1. Calling active and potential students of Class XI/XII and their parents to promote PRATHAM's programs and offerings.
2. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand student needs and interests and suggest probable counselling sessions.
3. Lead generation and coordinating with Senior Counselors to schedule personalized counselling sessions for students and parents.
4. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and interactions in the database.
5. Follow up with students and parents to provide additional information and address any queries or concerns.
6. Uphold PRATHAM's reputation by providing excellent customer service and resolving grievances effectively if any.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant information to students and parents.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrolment and conversion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
