Customer Engagement:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company products/services, and generate interest.
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and provide information as required.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic interactions.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
Product/Service Promotion:
Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of company products/services.
Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Send follow-up emails or messages as needed.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of telephonic conversations and customer interactions.
Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and sales performance.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets.
Market Research:
Gather and record customer feedback and market intelligence.
Provide insights on customer preferences and emerging market trends.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant telemarketing regulations and guidelines.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telecalling skills.
Provide suggestions for process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment.
