We are looking for innovative software engineers who have the passion and vision to transform the telecommunications industry.The Oracle India IDC team will be working closely with R&D teams across different NA centres, Product management, Professional services, Global customer support, and other Oracle applications groups (e.g. Oracle Fusion Middleware) located in global locations.As a Senior UI developer, you will review the product user interface requirements, design the functional use cases, work with User Experience design team to iterate and implement Web UI for highly horizontally scalable, distributed services that run in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Design and build unit and functional tests for your code. You can quickly respond to the changing business needs and roll out functionality in small increments rather than a big bang approach. You should have experience automating unit testing using tools like Mocha, Chai & Karma. Instantiate UI pattern library with artifacts that can be reused across products. Hold designers and developers accountable to standard UI pattern library. Collaborate with design team to enhance UI pattern libraries when necessary.Career Level - IC3Responsibilities:Job Requirements:

• Ability to fluently communicate with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, stakeholders, peers and developers.
• Technical Architecture Validations & Optimizations
• Experience in modern web frameworks and writing/consuming REST APIs
• Understand the intricacies of DOM and have command over the APIs and their performance implications.
• Collaborate with product owners and facilitate requirements discussions and approvals
• Extraordinary written documentation and verbal/presentation skills
• Keen eye for great creative design and user experience
• Ability to take said great designs to the next level with creative technical implementation
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science engineering or equivalent
• Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years of experience
• knowledge and understanding of the product development lifecycle
• ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers
• good written and oral communication skills
• good telecom OSS domain and cloud knowledge
• Manages multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must have a positive xe2x80x9ccan doxe2x80x9d attitude.
• Mentors individuals on their team.
• Must possess active listening skills
• Meets all deadline

Technical Skills

• Understanding of overall system performance and efficiencies of 3-tier systems, UI Frameworks, including interaction between database, operating systems (UNIX, Linux) and application server
• JavaScript application architectures
• Extensive design and programming experience with Java/Python, Javascript, JEE, XML, XSLT, HTML5, CSS and Figma.
