Responsible for complete engineering activities like preparing Design and Detail Engineering Deliverables such as MR/RFQ, PR, TBE, BOM, Bulk material Specifications, Datasheet, Equipment list, cable schedule, Link loss budget calc., Block diagram, interconnection diagram, layouts, cable routing and support drawings.
Take part of Technical Bid evaluation, Vendor document review and approval.
Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintains own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development.
Provide discipline input to scope definition and execution
Experience: 5 - 18 years of Experience with Telecom systems
Qualification: Degree in Telecommunication/Electronics and communication Engineering
Recognized Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics/communication Engineering.
Minimum 5 - 18 years of Experience in Oil and Gas Industry with Telecom and Security systems such as CCTV, Access control system, PIDS, PAGA, Telephony/Voice & Data/LAN/WAN, PABX, FOC, Radio system(Tetra/UHF/VHF marine & Aero), GMDSS, AIS, VSAT, Microwave, Transmission systems such as DWDM and SDH.
To execute engineering Design, Basic Engineering, FEED and Detail engineering experience and proposals in Telecom systems.
Experience in link loss budget calculations.
Experience in HCIS requirement and submittals.
BISCI certification is added advantage.
Experience in Engineering studies such as PAGA, CCTV, RF and WIFI coverage study.
Able to perform Internal/External Audits.
Able to work independently and Handle Multi-tasking.
Willing to Travel overseas for short-term and long-term assignments.
Working knowledge of design Tools such as Autocad, SPI, 3D Modeling, and microstation.
Knowledge in National and International standards and certification including IEC, ISO, ANSI, ATEX, IECEX, DNV, etc.
Responsible handle complete system design, FAT, IFAT execution with vendor and SAT/commissioning support.
