About the Role: -
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecommunication Executives with experience in pharmaceutical sales coordination to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities: -

The ideal candidates will be responsible for answering queries from medical stores, tracking orders, following up on pending payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a blend of sales acumen and telecommunication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience & Knowledge: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or telemarketing or pharmacist. Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, sales processes, and the healthcare sector is mandatory.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, English & Hindi. Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections professionally.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and other telecommunication software.
• Sales-Driven: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales and payment collection targets.

Education:

• A bachelor's degree (Completed or Pursuing) in any discipline is preferred, but not mandatory. Background in pharmaceutical sales or related fields will be an added advantage.
